About the flat:
The apartment is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Castlefield, just a short 10-minute walk from Deansgate train station.
You’ll have your own private bathroom and a comfortable double bedroom, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and I’ve also provided a desk and chair – perfect if you need a workspace. The flat has plenty of storage (I’m quite minimalist, so there’s space to spare).
There’s a balcony for fresh air. At the moment the view is a little obstructed by scaffolding, but that should be coming down in the next month.
The building is quiet, the neighbours are considerate, and although the flat is near the main road, you won’t hear traffic noise at night. It’s the perfect balance: close to the city centre without the late-night noise right outside your window.
About me:
I’m Wil, 24, and I work as an aerospace engineer in Preston. I’m usually out of the flat from 9am–7pm on weekdays, and often spend a few nights a week at my girlfriend’s. That means the flat is a great option if you work from home and want space to yourself during the day.
I’m active and sociable, but I also try and keep a tidy and relaxed flat. Most week evenings I’m at the gym or working late, so I tend to keep to myself then, but I do enjoy a good chat over food or a drink.
Hobbies & interests: football, gym, climbing, reading, and travel.
Looking for:
A clean, tidy, and easy-going flatmate who’s also sociable. Ideally a non-smoker, but that’s not a deal breaker.
