I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into the second bedroom in my flat - it’s right on the edge of Castlefield and super close to Cornbrook/Deansgate.
The room is a good-sized double with its own ensuite bathroom – perfect if you like your own space and privacy. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, big window, and loads of natural light. There’s also open shelving for storage, and the ensuite has a bath.

The flat itself is modern and spacious. There's a big open-plan kitchen and living area, with all the usual bits – dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. I’ve lived here a while and love the area.

You’ll be about:
2 mins walk to Cornbrook tram stop
10 mins to Deansgate or Spinningfields

A bit about me: I’m 28, work in sales. I'm easygoing and respectful. I like a clean and calm flat environment. Happy to have chat / watch TV but also give you your own space. Looking for someone similar – ideally another working professional who’s friendly and tidy.
