Double Room to rent at Castlefield Townhouse

Looking for a new flat mate! Ideally someone chill and social who can be a mate as well as house mate.

Join myself and my other flat mate Alex at our townhouse with a private roof top terrace. Gated community property - safe and secure.

We are very easy going, live our own lives but also love to socialise together in the shared living space. Family vibes.

Myself / Chris - work at New Balance, young professional, in brand marketing. Lots of cool running chat to be had. Big fashion head who loves culture and cooking.

Alex - work at Man United, young professional. Chill, friendly guy who has recently moved to Manchester.

The double room is on the first floor with a private en suite toilet.

The house is four floors total including the roof top terrace. The roof is amazing, lots of great chill time and a sun trap when the rays come out.

We have two parking spots available. I have a car myself which stays either in the garage or on the drive. Alex, currently does not have a car.

The community surrounding the house is very welcoming. The area is nice and quiet with nice walks and runs on the canal. Super connected area to everything you need!

A deposit will be required and potentially a name change fee. Rent is £734. Bills are not included in the rent. Roughly they are around £130 each a month.
