Room to rent at the lovely Bentinck household

Join myself and my other flat mate Lisa at our gorgeous townhouse with a private roof top terrace. Gated community property - safe and secure.

We are very easy going, live our own lives but also love to socialise together in the shared living space.

Myself / Chris - work at New Balance, young professional, in brand marketing. Lots of cool running chat to be had. Big fashion head who loves culture and cooking.

Lisa - student studying Music in Huddersfield. Creative mind, super chilled and always has a smile on her face. Lisa has her own bathroom facilities within her room.

The room is on the bottom floor with a private toilet. The bathroom abilities would be shared but everything is kept very clean.

The house is four floors total including the roof top terrace. The roof is amazing, lots of great chill time and a sun trap when the rays come out.

We have two parking spots available. I have a car myself which stays either in the garage or on the drive. Lisa does not have a car therefore has the en-suite.

The community surrounding the house is very welcoming. The area is nice and quiet with nice walks and runs on the canal. Super connected area to everything you need!

A deposit will be required and will confirm the amount with you, a name change fee may also arise. Bills are not included in the rent. Roughly they are around £200/250 each a month.
