I am a student who will no longer be attending Manchester Metropolitan University, and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I have a room at New Medlock House, ENSUITE Flat 69 available for anyone looking for accommodation, from 12th Sept 2025 to 17th July 2026. This flat is an 11 month lease, and provided by Unite Students. For MMU students, it is just a 0.4mi walk from campus and only 5 mins away from the city centre.
The flat provides heating, Wi-Fi, water and gas and of course, your own personal bathroom. Amenities include a common area, outdoor and study social space, as well as several other entertainment spaces. For safety and security, there is 24/7 assistance, CCTV, maintenance support and many more. Reviews have remarked of its cleanliness, modern design and supportive booking team.
I am looking for a replacement tenant *before* the end of September 2025. Please reach out ASAP to my email provided if interested. I will notify the New Medlock House Team, who will then transfer the contract to the new tenant.
