Double room w' private bathroom in Castlefield

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is abandoning me after two years to live with her boyfriend! :) The flat is amazing and the location is great, quite central but safe. 5-6 minutes to Deansgate-Castlefield station. The room is large and en-suite, fully furnished, and there is enough room to add a desk.

I am a PhD student, sometimes I work for long hours either at my office, or at a coffee shop (I am a coffee addict) or at home. I try to keep the flat clean and homey. I am also looking for someone tidy, who maintains cleanliness, and keeps noise to a minimum after 11 pm.

Bills are about £125 pp, and there will be council tax if you are a professional.
