Location: gorgeous castlefield, off main road, canal walk into centre, 10 mins to deansgate, 5 mins to The Wharf (best Sunday roasts), gyms and shops all around, 5 mins to Cornbrook tram stop

Cons: a little dated, dryer not very effective, kitchen seemingly fitted by a blind person
