We’re looking for someone to sublet a lovely ensuite room in our modern 2-bed flat in Castlefield. The flat is in a brilliant location — a very short walk to Deansgate and Oxford Road, with easy access to trams, buses, bars, shops and the canal.

About the room:
• Spacious double room with its own ensuite bathroom
• Private office space included — perfect if you work from home or want extra room to spread out

• £850 per month, bills included (wifi, water, council tax and electricity)

Who you’d be living with:
You’d be sharing with a 24-year-old woman who works full-time as a nurse. She’s friendly, tidy and easy-going, and would love to find someone of a similar age who is respectful and clean.

Availability:
Ideally looking for someone to stay until August, when the lease ends, but happy to consider shorter-term lets.

Location:
Castlefield — one of the nicest areas in Manchester, close to Deansgate, Oxford Road, Spinningfields and great transport links.
