I'd consider myself a pretty regular 31 year old lad - into footy, going to the pub with mates, gym, playing padel etc..

I try to get myself in the gym most mornings (there is one onsite), I work from the office every day Mon-Fri and often work late in the evenings, so you'll have the full run of the place during the daytimes if you need to WFH. After work usually consists of watching either football or whatever series I'm currently into on Netflix.

I'm really open on the individual who comes into the flat to live with me, however, ideal case scenario is someone with similar interests.
