Double room available in a 2-bedroom flat

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to rent a double room in a 2-bedroom flat in Castlefield/Hulme area. The flat itself is really nice, and in a very nice and quiet area, overlooking a park. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving to London.
You'll be sharing the flat with a young professional. There's a spacious living room/kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, and a balcony.
The rent is £600 pcm, which does not include any bills, and these are around £150, incl. council tax (Band A).
If interested, the contract will have to be signed with George Adams Estate Agents, so you'll have to have references ready (employment, previous landlord) or proof of enrolment.
