Double room in gorg Castlefield flat - female preferred

We have a double room available in a gorgeous flat in Castlefield just on the canal. The flat has a spacious living room and kitchen, and a balcony, and the person who has this room also has sole use of the main bathroom.

The flat is 10 min walk from spinningfields, a 20 min walk to the arndale, and a 5 min walk from deansgate station. There’s no parking with the flat.

You’d be sharing with a 28 year old woman, who is clean, likes going to the gym & Barry’s, but also loves a drink on the balcony. We need someone fun and sociable!

Bills come to around £200 per month, council tax is £90pp (🤮) and then water, electricity, WiFi comes to about £100, but it depends on the month.
