Hi, I'm Josh - looking for a new flatmate/lodger for my flat situated right by Cornbrook tram stop.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe rail, bedside table, full length mirror, set of drawers as well as desk + chair.

The flat is a 2 bed/2 bath so you'd have the main bathroom to yourself the majority of the time (so no waiting for it to be free in the morning!)

I also have an underground parking space which you'd be free to use (I don't have a car)

The kitchen has a big fridge/freezer, washer/dryer combo, oven and a dishwasher.

There's a shared living room, with a big sofa and 55-inch TV.

We have a staffed concierge, where packages get delivered.

All bills are included! (Including superfast WiFi)

- Situated right next to the Bridgewater canal & the River Irwell (perfect for runs/walks)
- 2 min walk to Co-Op
- 5 min walk to Tesco Express/Morrisons Local
- 5 min walk to Cornbrook tram stop
- 15 min walk to Deansgate station
- 15 min walk to big Sainsbury's (Regent's Park)
- 30 min walk to Old Trafford/MediaCityUK

I'm a Software Engineer/Actor and tend to work on a hybrid basis, often out in the evenings during the week at acting class or other activities (so I'll be around but not constantly!)
