Lovely flat with lovely flatmate. Easy access to cornbrook tram station (~5 minute walk), Deansgate train station (~10 minute walk) and Oxford Road/Universities. Young professional lives here, easy-going kind man who is a fantastic flatmate- friendly, tidy and never intrusive. Nice room with double bed, bedside table, desk and wardrobe. Likes going out and having a good time, but is very good at ensuring he doesn't bother anyone. I have had a lovely time here and will miss being here- only going as I'm leaving the country! Fantastic access to all amenities in a nice flat at a comparatively affordable price. Council Tax Band C.
