Double Bedroom with Private Toilet

My flatmate is moving out on 7th March, so we’re looking for someone to join us on a 4‑month tenancy.

Cormac and I (Tom) have lived in the flat for three years. We both work full‑time in the office Monday to Friday, and we’re into running, football, and generally keeping active. Weekends are often social, but we also enjoy a chilled one now and again.

The room available comes with its own toilet/shower. Ideally, you’d also be working in the office 4–5 days.

Rent is £617.67 per month, plus around £155 each for bills. We’re keen to stay because the place is a bit of a steal for what it offers.

The flat is brilliant in summer, the terrace gets loads of use, and the location is spot‑on for everything in Manchester city centre.
