Double bedroom available from 12th March in a modern shared flat at Potato Wharf, Castlefield. Quiet waterside location with excellent transport links. Short walk to Deansgate-Castlefield train station and tram stops.

The bedroom is unfurnished, giving you flexibility to set it up how you like. The main living room and kitchen are fully furnished and well maintained. The flat also has a large outside balcony area.

You will have your own private bathroom.

Rent is £700 pcm plus bills (average around £200–220 per person depending on season). Deposit required. Shared tenancy arrangement with referencing through the landlord or agent. Council tax band D.

About me: I’m a working professional in youth work. I’m social and friendly, enjoy cooking and the occasional movie night, and like relaxed evenings at home. I’m usually out with plans a few nights each week as well. I’m not looking for someone who stays completely to themselves. It would be great to share the space with someone I can chat with and spend some time with, while still respecting each other’s privacy.

I usually work out of the home until around 8pm most evenings and work from home a few days per week.
