Double room for rent

Looking for someone to take over our flatmates tenancy in March as she is moving to London for a new role.

- Flat is in VOX, it’s directly across from Cornbrook tram stop and 15 min walk from Deansgate so super easy to get into town/other areas around Manchester.
- Building has a gym, fitness / yoga studio, rooftop terrace, lounge / co-working spaces, 24hr security and regular monthly events.
- Rent is max £655 (we’re currently disputing our rent increase but it won’t be higher than this)
- 12-month contract
- We share 2 bathrooms between us all
- Bills approx £155 per month (can confirm this before move in)
- Move in date would be between 1st March to 27th March (the new tenancy starts on 27th but Erin is thinking of moving down to London at the end of February so we can be slightly flexible there)

About us -

We’re 25 + 28, both work in marketing and have lived in Manchester for several years now. I am fully office based and Annie works from home approx 3 days per week and between Manchester + Leeds.

We’ve lived together for 2 years now and love a chilled night in with wine + TV, night out in town (pubs, village or rave vibe) or a wholesome weekend hike. We’re both clean, tidy and respectful so would like you to be the same and want to have fun + be friends with us!
