Double room in Deansgate/Castlefield flat

I’m moving to another city at the end of March and looking for someone to replace me in the flat.

It’s a double bedroom with its own private bathroom (not en-suite but is just for you) within a bright, modern furnished flat with balcony overlooking the city. It also comes with a large storage cupboard solely for you in the hallway.

In the building is a gym (free after an initial £30 induction fee), sauna and roof terrace, and a concierge who is here 8-4 Monday - Friday.

It’s only a couple of minutes walk to a Sainsburys, Pure Gym, HOME theatre/cinema, a number of restaurants and bars, and most importantly transport links - Deansgate train station and Deansgate/Castlefield tram stop. That tram stop connects to all tram lines so is great for exploring new places or getting to work within or outside the city centre.

Bills not included but work out about £190 each per month for electric, water, internet and council tax (band D).

You would be living with a 29 year old female professional who is really chilled and tidy, enjoys crafty activities, going to the gym and on walks, and nights in with a glass of wine and true crime documentary. She mainly works in the office with occasional WFH days.

The tenancy is a rolling contract but ideally we would be looking for someone who wants to be here 6-12 months.

Looking for female tenants only and no students.

Contract would start from 1st April 2026.
