The room is a double room and with it you get your own bathroom. You also get the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with that.
The flat is lovely too, with a very well furnished living space, kitchen and balcony looking out over the river and canal.
Parking is available for an extra £85 a month.
The flatmate you’ll be sharing this 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with is a 24 year old guy called Kieran. He’s a very good flatmate - clean, sociable and keen to hang out when you both have evenings in.
I’m moving into my new home on the 9th of March, so would be happy for someone to move in from then. If you need to be in earlier, we can negotiate that and I’ll just figure out what to do with my stuff
