Cozy room in a 2 bedroom modern flat in the City Gate One building, Deansgate, available from April 20th.

My current roommate is moving out of town so I am looking for someone to take over the room.

The flat is located in a secured modern building, next to several grocery stores, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Deansgate-Castlefield tram station and a walking distance to Manchester city centre. We are also next to the river canal which is a nice area to go for walks.

Bills are approximately £190 per month (usually less in warmer months), it includes broadband.

I am a young French game developer working in Altrincham. I am a pretty chill person, tidy and social but not a party animal. I like to have my space and alone time, but also love board games, movie nights, bouldering or to go for a coffee out.

I am looking for someone clean and respectful around the same age, that is also looking for a chill household.
