I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to share my apartment with, as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend at some point in the next few months (date tbc).

I've lived in this flat for almost 5 years, and love it so much I bought it off the old landlord a couple of years ago. It's a fantastic place to live in a great location.

About me:
I'm 33, working in tech (3+ days a week in office). I'd like to think I'm a very social and positive person, as well as tidy and respectful of others. My main hobbies are running, gym, hiking, gigs and cooking. I also DJ a little bit but never when my flatmate is in the flat as I'm cautious of the noise. I have an active social life, but I'm definitely at that point in life where I'd prefer to go out for food/social drinks rather than a night out in town. I'm also vegan but that is my own personal lifestyle choice and I'm not bothered if you're not.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is on a similar vibe, someone I can get on with but also has their own life going on. The flat doesn’t come with parking so is probably more suited for someone who works in town/doesn’t have a car.

- Free bike storage available
- Onsite parking is available but can be hard to get a space, my old flatmate rented a space at Sainsburys across the road instead.
