En-suite room available from 19 July- Castlefield

Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person to share my flat with from around 20 July.

The flat is located in Castlefield, close to the Science and Industry Museum, with good transport links and easy access to shops, supermarkets and everything you need day to day. The area also has lovely green spaces nearby for sunny days, as well as bars, cafés and gyms within easy reach.

The room is en-suite, so you would have your own private bathroom.

You would be sharing with me. I’m friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful of other people’s space. I’d love to find someone similar — reliable, considerate and happy to keep the flat feeling calm, clean and comfortable.

The room is for one person only and would ideally suit a working professional or someone in stable employment.

The incoming tenant will need to complete the agency’s referencing process, which includes providing ID, proof of address, employment details, annual salary information and, where available, a previous landlord reference.

Rent: £700 per month
Bills: Not included — approximately £300 per month
Deposit: £700

Parking is not included with the flat. However, parking spaces may occasionally be available to rent privately from other residents in the building.
