The flat has an open planned furnished kitchen and living area with a balcony looking out over Castlefield.

Your room will be furnished and spacious, having sole access to a large bathroom with shower and bath available. Furnished goods include a wardrobe and two bed side cabinates.

Costs:

Deposit = One months rent
Rent = £725 PM
Council Tax = £86
Electricity, internet and water = £82

A parking space is available should you have a car.

About me:

I’m looking for someone who can be a friend as well as a flatmate. I like sports, especially football, going out for walks and hikes, heading to the gym as well as going out for day drinks. A pub quiz and night out is always welcome too. I don’t mind doing stuff together as well as having private times, so we have the best of both worlds. A clean person too so we won’t argue over the dishes lol.

I work a hybrid role and currently work two days a week at home.
