Room available in Vista River Gardens, amazing 35th floor apartment with views over the city and just a short walk into town. Bills are all included for ease.

The apartment is brand new, i’ve lived here since April. You will have the main bathroom to yourself as i have the en-suite room.

The building has four floors of amenities with a gym, co-working space, residents lounge, outdoor terrace etc. (There are videos online showing the full amenities)

I work in marketing in the city centre, i’m office based 3-4x per week then home for the rest. I’ve lived in Manchester nearly 10 years and have used spareroom several times as a renter and a landlord.

I keep active in the week with the gym and football or padel. I sometimes park run on a Saturday or go hiking. Pretty relaxed during the week, enjoy the occasional weekend drinks.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. Not in a major rush, would rather find the right person.

Open to mon-fri or short-term providing that it works for both of us
