The flat was recently refurbished the kitchen and living room are new but small it has a balcony with a really good view. Building comes with a sauna and 24/7 concierge as well as an underground car park which is extra. The building is located in Deansgate Castefield close to train station and 15 min walk to town - paying mostly for prime location.

For me I’m 23 starting my grad job in September and looking for another lad to join me in this flat hopefully one which we can be mates. I enjoy gym , rugby and a Guinness I’m looking for another young professional male. I keep the flat super clean and organised the way a home should be need someone who will do the same.
