Double Room in Castlefield

Hey!

I'm looking for a new roommate to move into the second bedroom in the flat I'm currently renting, as my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend.

It's a bright, double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and your own private bathroom. We're on the 7th floor, and there is also a private roof terrace and a gym!

There is a spacious open plan living room and kitchen, a small balcony and plenty of natural light throughout!

The flat is a 7 minute walk from Deansgate Castlefield tram stop, and only a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of town. Although it's quiet a central location, it's a really quiet area.

A little bit about me: I'm Ellie, a 29 year old working professional. In my spare time I like to read, hike, go to the gym and relax in the evenings after work with some wine and a cheesy netflix documentary.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and social, respectful and tidy, but also appreciates alone time too!

The rent is £662.50 per month, and bills are around £215 (including council tax). My current roommate moves out at the end of July, so we are looking for someone to take over the room from the 1st August.
