En-suite room available in Castlefield area, walking distance to city centre / MediaCityUK, close to Deansgate station and Cornbrook tram stop.

I've been living here for almost 3 years, and my current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a replacement. I'm a 33yo software engineer, and work from home 4 days a week, am generally quiet when at home and will spend most of my time in my room working or gaming. I like to cook, and am very clean with communal spaces. I like socialising in the evenings with friends, and go away a lot of weekends, so you'll also get plenty of time to yourself in the flat too, unless you join us :).

In the room to rent there is a large built in wardrobe and double bed. In the shared kitchen living room space there's a sofa, TV, espresso machine, rice cooker and air fryer available to use. Car parking space is currently being rented out, but is available with a month's notice if you have a car. We also have a balcony overlooking the city and Manchester shipping canal. The spare room is currently lived in, but the room and the en-suite will be deep cleaned before you move in.
