Large Double Bedroom Available - New

Hi, I have a large double bedroom in my 2-bed apartment/townhouse which is located on the ground floor and accessed directly from the main road, not the lobby. It is available until October 31st, at which point the tenancy comes to an end and I (along with my new flatmate) will have a plan to already having a new apartment lined up and ready to move into - for the new apartment I wish to look somewhere a little more north of the city centre (Ancoats, New Islington or Northern Quarter area) and will have a personal budget in the region of £1,000pcm inc. bills.

The current offering includes a large double bedroom with double wardrobe, as well as two bedside tables and a chest of drawers; all for your use. All the windows are 1-way glass during sunlight hours, but once it becomes night then outside will be able to stare. There is also a large bathroom with shower accessed via the shared-living room/hallway, but this can be agreed as your bathroom as I have an ensuite off my bedroom. There is a dartboard with ring-light setup in the bedroom on offer which can be taken down before moving in, if this is an issue for you.

The flat in general is very big, with everything in it for you to use. The TV in living room comes with Sky TV, and I also have a PlayStation 5 setup that any gamers are free to use too. Flat also comes with washer-dryer and full free WiFi.

Looking for someone who is relatively clean and tidy, but everyone's human so issues won't arise if the odd plate or mug gets left on the side and I clean it - we'll be flatMATES so I want someone who sees it as simply helping each other out. Want someone who has a similar mindset similar interests to myself, which include sport (may be asking too much with that one lol), socialising and also my own personal quiet time to decompress. I enjoy going out, typically to gay village as a lot of my friends work on the scene as performers and/or drag queens, although I do love NQ vibes also. I also enjoy games so a wholesome games night in with mine/your friends would be great too.
