City centre, double bedroom

I have a double bedroom room to rent in a city centre flat in a great location - 10 minutes walk to Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop/train station, 15 minutes to Oxford Road station and the same distance to the city centre. There are gyms, bars, restaurants, Aviva Studios and a multiplex cinema all within 10 minutes walking distance.

I purchased this flat in 2012 and have taken good care of it. New furniture was added in all rooms in 2017, it was given a fresh lick of paint in 2018, with new sofas added in 2020.

The room includes a double bed, three-door wardrobe, a good-quality desk, and a bedside table (see photos). The current tenant has moved these around so the room may look slightly different. You will also have access to a fully furnished living room, kitchen (with all utensils) and apartment-length balcony, with nice views into Castlefield and of the city (see yet more photos!). Plus exclusive use of the main bathroom.

The apartment will be shared with another tenant who’s lived there for 2.5 years. She’s clean, tidy, and considerate of others’ space. She splits her time working at the office and at home.

Rent excludes utilities and bills. The flat is in Council Tax band D.

I’m ideally looking for a tenant who is a tidy, professional individual who will take care of the room.
