Room to Rent In spacious flat near city centre

Hello All

So my current flat mate has to move back to Cyprus because of a family situation and I don't want to lose out on my amazing flat so I need a new flat mate for a 6 month period.

The flat is located round the corner from Salford train station and is a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

Unfortunately there is a security deposit you would have to pay and there is a small fee to change the names over

A bit about myself:

I'm 24 years old
Newly graduated
Work in city centre
I don't smoke but drinking is a different story , very sociable and love having friends round
