This is an amazing town house split over three floors with one bathroom and a shared kitchen and living area. House and room are fully furnished and decorated. The room is on the bottom floor next to the entrance and right next to the bathroom so perfect for privacy in the house. Currently two young professionals living in the house who would be looking for someone fun and easy going who don’t mind living with a cat. One member of the house is vegan but the other person is not so there is no preference on diet. Rent comes with wifi, gas and electric and council tax but does not include the quarterly water bill.
