Large double room in large house no deposit

Room for rent, Castleton, rochdale, near lots of

amenities, bus routes train station and canal.

Room and house are averagely decorated and clean.

I am a 44yr old woman with 4 small Sausage dogs who Is struggling to pay the bills after my husband has died.

You must not be on benefits or student loans.

You must like dogs.

NO AFRICAN BOILING COOKING FOR HOURS AND HOURS as it doubles the energy bills and ruins the wallpaper.

Rent includes all bills, including WiFi

I am open minded and try not to judge people but you must be discreet and not be having mad parties all the time (once in a while is fine)
