there is the option of having a 37inch tv in your room which you would need to buy something like a 'now' or 'firestick' to be able to make use of.

we are located near to all amenities and transport links, including the train station and main bus route, a co-op, corner shop and numerous takeaways etc, within walking distance of the house.

you would be sharing with 2 females already in the property aged 34-44yrs.

you must be an animal lover as there are also 4 miniature dachshund (sausage dogs) in the property.

the bathroom and kitchen are shared.

the kitchen is on the smaller side and so DOES NOT support higher end cooking or dishes that take many HOURS OF BOILING.

please note the kitchen window will very shortly have curtains that are currently in the post.

the rent is £380 for a single person, or £450 for a couple (you would need to buy your own double bed) and is paid calendar monthly.

all bills are included in your calendar monthly rent, including wifi access.

ideally working full time

your visitors are welcome if other housemates are respected.
