My current housemate will be moving out at the end of October and I am looking for someone to take his room.
The house is fully furnished and the room itself is empty. Shared Living Room and Kitchen, primary use of the main bathroom but I will occasionally want to use it for the bath.
Ideally looking for someone that I will get along with and be friends with rather than just a housemate. I have a pet cat and dog that live at the house and are very friendly! someone with a pet is welcome if the letting agents agree.
The house is in a great place, parking space in the drive, right across from a park and literally 3 doors down from South Chadderton Tram stop.
