Room with En-suite in Cheadle Village

My flatmate is moving out in the next couple of months and I’m now looking for someone to replace her in the tenancy from 22nd June.

About the flat and room🏡

The room is a double en suite furnished with a wardrobe and drawers. The flat includes a shared kitchen and living area, as well as a large balcony. You would be sharing the flat with one other person (me😊). If you drive, there is also a free parking permit available.

Rent is £600 per month, with bills usually between £200 and £250 depending on the time of year. The flat is in a quiet, central location within Cheadle Village, around a 20 minute walk to Gatley train station and close to Didsbury. It is also just a short walk to the local high street near shops including Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

A bit about me👋🏽

I’m 24, work in Communications and Events Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and usually work from home a couple of days a week. I like to keep the flat reallyyy clean and tidy. I enjoy reading, going out for a drink, watching my favourite shows and films, and going to the gym.

✨I’m looking for a female professional between 22 and 30 who is clean, tidy and considerate. I’d be happy to have a chat or spend time together, while still respecting each other’s space. It would also be nice to have someone with similar interests and who I can build a friendship with.
