The house is on the airport flight path - 10min car commute to the Airport, Trafford Centre, Parrs Wood, East Didsbury. 15-25min from A34 to Bramhall, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge. Easy access to the M60 and Manchester Central with trains and trams only 25 - 35 mins away (walk).
Parking on the drive is "taken" by the live in female professional, however, off street parking is available directly infront of the house and street.
Available: A double bedroom with a king size bed, mirror, bedside cabinet, lamp and a double wardrobe with a good sized chest draws and a TV due to the lounge not always being available.
Shared Facilities: 2 seporate toilets one that can be found on the ground floor and another on the upper floor with seporate bath/shawer room. Large kitchen/diner. Outer house comprises of washing facilites.
Lounge is used as office therefore not always available for use - sorry.
