Looking for a clean and tidy housemate

We’re a professional male couple with one other lodger (also a professional male) and our gorgeous Goldendoodle, Mabel she’s hypoallergenic – so no fur all over your clothes!).

The house is newly decorated and really feels like a home. The available double room has:
Brand-new carpet and furniture
Triple built-in wardrobe
Bed with storage underneathFresh, modern décor

The bathroom is shared with our current lodger, and we only use it occasionally if we have visitors.

We’re used to house-sharing and like to keep things clean and tidy – so we’re looking for someone who appreciates the same. You’ll also have a beautiful garden to relax in when the weather’s good

Location: Central for local amenities, very close to the airport, and with plenty of on-street parking.
Bills are all included, so no hidden extras.

It's a no smoking household , but we do allow smoking outside ( just not inside the house or the garden room)
