Double room soon to be available at the end of July (can move in from 3rd July if preferred as this is when the room will be vacant but tenancy will start from end of July) situated in Cheadle Hulme with local bus services and a 13 minute walk from Cheadle Hulme train station which connects to Manchester City Centre and Stockport.
There is a local co-op directly across the road with amazon parcel collection lockers and an InPost locker situated outside the co-op.
Local Waitrose and Asda are a 13 minute walk away from the property with Morrisons being a 10 minute drive away.
Double room has built in wardrobe space along with standing wardrobe with a built in draw. There is as also a set of standing draws and spare draws in the living room that can be moved into the room.
The seperate Cupboard also holds the boiler.
The flat has a communal kitchen and living area. Washing machine is provided with the property however there is no dryer so owning a clothing airer will be necessary. (There are radiators throughout that can be used during the winter)
The TVs in the communal living room and double bedroom will not be present when the property is available as these will be moving out with the current tenant.
Bathroom is high ceilings with an overhead shower/bath including a long mirror from the sink to the ceiling. Toilet is separate to the bathroom.
The flat is furnished to a really nice standard. Additional images can be sent upon request.
Rent is £447.50 per month paid directly to the letting agency. All bills are taken from my account so these will be split equally between myself and the next tenant. Bills normally come to around £163pp per month. This covers:
- Gas
- Electric
- Broadband
- TV Licence
- Council Tax
I have lived in the property since Feb 2023 and my current house mate will be leaving the property at the end of July. Looking for another working professional who is clean, tidy and easy to get along with.
