Small double room in the centre of Cheadle Hulme

Spare room available in a 2 bed flat in the centre of Cheadle Hulme. 2 minute walk to the train station and local shops / pubs etc.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, hanging rail, drawers and desk. Happy to remove anything you don’t need.

Kitchen and living room are already fully equipped. There is only one bathroom so this will be shared. It’s in small modern block so peaceful but in a good location.

Looking for someone friendly and clean that I can also be friends with but equally happy to give people their own space. I’m a laid back, friendly person, I like going to bars and getting out for walks.

I work from home full time so I’m pretty much always home in the day but I tend to be out and about in the evenings.

Move in date is flexible and would prefer something short term and also open to longer term part time lets.

There is no parking space included so you would need to find free residential parking a few minutes away.
