Small double room in the centre of Cheadle Hulme

Spare room available in a 2 bed flat in the centre of Cheadle Hulme. 2 minute walk to the train station.

The room isn’t furnished yet but there will be a bed, drawers and hanging rail in the room. The room is 3.5m by 2.5m and there are pictures on the ad but it is currently full of cardboard etc which will obviously be removed. Will add a video also.

I’ve recently moved in so still getting the living room furnished also hence the lack of furniture! Would love some help from whoever moves in. Kitchen is fully equipped already. There is only one bathroom so this will be shared but I’m a very clean person. I’ll also be getting a cleaner to deep clean the shared spaces every month or so.

Had roommates in the past so I know the usual etiquette. Looking for someone friendly and clean. Hoping to find someone i can also be friends with but equally happy to give people their own space. I’m a laid back, friendly person, I like watching reality tv and trying new restaurants / bars and getting out for walks.

I often work from home so tend to be out and about in the week so you will have the space to yourself regularly.

Move in date is flexible but will need a week or so to get the bed etc.
