Double Bedroom With Ensuite

Lovely spacious flat in the M8 area. 1 double bedroom with small ensuite available.
In a building with two key access and an elevator in the building.
There is parking at the back of the building.
Rent plus bills is about £420 pcm. There is a bathroom as well as an ensuite but the only shower is in the ensuite so the person in the room would have to be ok with sharing it.

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over her room.
I am a teacher at a special needs school and sometimes do child minding as well so occasionally there may be a child at the flat for a few hours, usually on a weekend.
My job is quite full on so I like to have a quiet house during the week and can be sociable in the weekend but love a good Netflix binge too.
I've been in Manchester just over a year, having moved from New Zealand so love getting to see knew places.
The usual tidiness and cleanliness of a shared flat is expected but I'm not a total neat freak.
