We want to rent one double room for single occupant in our family house on Minimum tenancy 3 months or more (all bills inclusive) , we can also consider renting to a couple for additional rent but preference will be given to single.

Cleanness is very important as we have 3 separate Bathrooms in the house so every occupant gets own responsibility to look after their bathroom which will be almost exclusively used by themselves.

*50% rent as refundable security deposit which can be adjustable on last months rent.
