Very quite, very safe, very clean house.

large 6 bed house, with two kitchens and 2 bathroom inc 3 toilets. You only share with two other working professionals, one of whom doesn't use the kitchen so the kitchen is shared with you and only 1 more person.

1 year stay + ideal and for someone healthy and no addictions / drugs / medication etc.. No issues with the police etc.. normally September to September so 6 months min ideally or a rolling contract for eg every two months.
