The nomal sized single room is furnished with a single bed, a wardbrobe, a desk and a chair. It's available now at £380 PCM including all bills, and £380 for the deposit.

Students or working professionals only please. No pets. All bills included - gas, electricity, council tax, water, high speed fibre broadband and NetFlix account.

The house is located on a quiet street, fully furnished, close to all amenities. All housemates are friendly and easy-going.
