Short-term let in Chorlton

Hi, I have a double bedroom to rent in a lovely garden/basement flat in the heart of Chorlton. I am selling the flat so the room is available on a short-term basis for the next few weeks/months. It has two double bedrooms and I use one of them but you will have the flat to yourself a lot of the time.

I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going and very tidy/clean tenant for the flat, which is a 10-minute walk from the Chorlton tram stop. I live in London but need to come to Manchester for work (on average two days a week) so will use one of the bedrooms - the rent is £750 if you want to rent the larger one.

It has its own private entrance, an enclosed patio area and an attractive communal garden to the rear. There is on-street parking available.
