Cosy double in lovely 2 bed terrace-Chorlton Green

Hey :)

I currently am renting a very cute 2 bed in leafy Chorlton green. ( 2 mins walk from Beech road which has, shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and a park.)

I work from my laptop/ home most of the time but have recently begun a new start up and just signed for new office space so my time will be split, generally I am flexible though and can work around you.
I'm a warm and friendly person I love being social and have a close group of friends who I spend a lot of time with, I'd like someone who wants to hang out and chill, have some fun, not just a housemate :). I've really got into meditation and would love to do more yoga. My fave thing to do is cook for my friends .I love going out locally for dinner or drinks but you're just as likely to find me binge watching a netflix series....If you also enjoy doing these things you could be the one!!

The house is a mid terrace on a quiet cul de sac, with friendly neighbours, and they often leave eggs from their chickens on our doorstep , jars of homemade jam or veggies they've grown in their allotment at the end of the road. My landlady is lovely and she lives in Ireland.

Chorlton, Wilbraham Road and Stretford tram stations are all within walking distance as well as bus links into Manchester town.

The room is a cosy double, with a very comfy bed, large shelving unit for all your bits and pieces and books, photos, etc, a small chest of drawers, full length mirror and a large wardrobe.
The house has a country cottage feel with a big kitchen table and lovely bright living room we also have a little back garden/patio area with plants, table and shed.
