Cosy Casual Room Let

Hi All,

I have a spare room to let in my house, it is cosy but does the job and you would have full access to the shared kitchen/living area too. The room is furnished with a bed, clothes rail and drawers. There is a shared bathroom too.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift sorry) in a quiet, secure complex. There are bus stops directly outside and it is a short walk (10 mins) from the Withington tram stop. Didsbury and Chorlton are a short walk/cycle/taxi away. Parking is available on the road outside or nearby streets.

I can be flexible with length of stays, but am only looking for min 2 week, Monday-Friday let, this place is ideal if you're working in the area short term/ part time or stuck between two places (I had a similar nightmare when I bought this place so can sympathise totally).

I am fairly busy, I work Monday-Friday 8-5 and spend the evenings at the gym, running club or seeing friends. I do enjoy cooking and drinking wine so always up for a chat if you're about. Sometimes my boyfriend stays over so you would need to be comfortable with that, and whilst I am vegan, I have no problem with you having dairy/meat in the house so long as you are clean.
