Large double room avalaible in Chorlton houseshare

Hey there!

We have a lovely large double bedroom available now. The room is available immediately, but we're flexible with the move in dates (1st of July the latest).

The house is a 2 minute walk to Chorlton tram stop, a massive Morrisons and shops, bars and restaurants from Wilbraham Road. It is very well connected to the city centre by tram (15-20 min ride). The house is located in a quiet street just off the main road and the area is safe and ideal for young professionals.

We are three young professionals: Andy (36) is English and works in vetting - he loves football and sports in general (watching and playing) and a good beer; Sara (30) is Spanish and works in recruitment at a translation agency - she loves music, tattoos, languages and anything artsy; and Saioa (27) is also Spanish and works as an in-house translator - she loves music (listening and playing), travelling and languages.

We're a social bunch who enjoy spending time together, we occasionally cook together or have the odd bbq in the garden, but at the same time we also like to do our own thing 🙂

In terms of price, rent is £350 per month, plus £110 for bills (inclusing council tax, broadband, gas and electricity), so we never pay more than £460 a month. Deposit is £300, and agency fees (including referencing) are £50.

If you're interested in the room, we're holding virtual viewings (via Zoom, Skype, etc.) as a first contact to show the house. However, if you are still very keen after that, we would hold viewings in person.
