We are two friends looking for a third amigo to join us in our cozy, sociable townhouse.
Ruki (25F) is an Electrical Engineer who spends her days writing stories and introducing her housemates to new films.
Elidir (24M) is a Civil Engineer who loves music, cooking and going to the pub (when allowed).
We are looking for a housemate who enjoys
a) Socialising
b) Watching films and shi*t TV
c) Keeping a somewhat tidy house
We appreciate everybody's a mix of extrovert and introvert, and both of us do enjoy alone time, but we would love someone who doesn't hole up in their bedroom!
The house is a 5-minute walk from the St Werburgh tram stop, and around a 15-minute walk into the centre of Chorlton. We are also a short jaunt to Hough End Park and the Hough End Leisure Centre.
With bills (including broadband council tax etc) you will be paying approx £610 per month. Bedroom does not include desk or computer set-up. Any questions, please feel free to get in touch! :)
