We have one lovely double bedroom available from the 20th of January

About the room.
It is a double bedroom which comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, cabinet, chest of drawers and sofa.

The main selling points of the flat is the location. The house is situated above a cafe (Cocoa Tree) right in the centre of Chorlton, with pretty much everything you need a stone's throw away! (Coop, Morrisons, tram stop, Beech Road etc) There is one bathroom between us and the rest of the usual stuff - fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and a big living room with dining table where you can access a little roof area.

Bills each month (gas, electric, water and WiFi) come to about £80. Council Tax is £35 and is to be paid with rent to the land lord.

We are housemates who met through the property and work standard hours in professional jobs. We're looking for someone similar - It's our home, and we expect housemates to be clean and respectful of the space and each other.
