The flat is part of a secure gated development and is located within a five minute walk to Chorlton tram stop, a massive Morrisons and shops and restaurants from Wilbraham Road. There is also parking available and a bicycle shed. The flat is owned by a private landlord.
Rent is £475 per month and bills are around £158 per month. There is a deposit of £350. The room is available from 1st September.
