Large room in sociable Chorlton House Share

Great double room available for £350 a month. Bills come to around £85 each which includes; gas, water, electricity, wifi, TV and council tax.

The room has lots of windows and get great light. It comes furnished with a bed, 2 x wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bookcase, bedside table and a large desk. The dead plants aren’t included I’m afraid.

In the house we have - Mairi 26, Alex 27, Pav 40 and Kotek 13 (ginger cat who likes sitting on laps). All professionals working in marketing, fundraising and social services. We're a very sociable house with a family feel and enjoy cooking house dinners, having drinks & bbqs in the garden, going out to pubs or going walking/swimming when the weather's nice.

Kotek the ginger cat is very docile and chilled, but we're afraid this means nobody with allergies or other pets.
Smokers are fine but not inside the house.

The house itself is on a quiet road a few minutes away from Mary & Archie's and Unicorn and comes with parking. The room is available around the 12th September and rent and bills are paid every month on the 15th.

We're looking for someone who's pretty laid back, clean & tidy and similarly sociable/up for a laugh.
