Room with a view !

I'm looking for a mature female to share a 3 bedrooms house. I have taken in lodgers for the past 16 years. I have had guys and gals, however on the 3 occasions I have had male lodgers there have been issues. One guy wanted to store spare car engines and gear boxes at my house, another invited his pals round when I was away and he's pals slept in my bed, the third guy didn't like Manchester at all and complained about everything including food, weather and roads., speed cameras and said all the women were overweight, he stayed for 2 weeks. So now I prefer females, much cleaner and easy to get on with. I'm still in touch with some of my female ex lodgers and I'm sure they would vouch for me if you had any concerns. I'm a live in landlord that is very active, working, travelling, dancing ( Ceroc ) cooking, sports, reading and generally enjoying life to the full. The house is 60 mtrs from the Metrolink airport line. Chorlton park is 2 minutes walk, Sale Water Park about 15 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The house boasts a very large garden, also a complete rewire and new decoration has been undertaken inside. I'm very easy going enjoy a chat glass of wine or a cuppa . I work at a golf and leisure club, so I'm out playing golf or working there 3 or 4 times a week including weekends. Off road parking is also included. . Any questions please ask
